highly acclaimed Killen's Steakhouse in Pearland. The
Executive Chef Ronnie
Killen trained at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in London.
He graduated from the prestigious culinary academy first in his
class and with the Honor of Distinction.
SAAGH is excited to offer this special
four-course menu which will feature items from Killen's James Beard
House dinners and award winning dishes such as the signature
dessert, Crème Brûlée Bread Pudding, named one of the Top Ten Dishes
in the United States by Food and Wine magazine in 2008.
